Will you try to sell me a loan?

Not unless you want me to. If I see a better option, I'll let you know — but the decision is always yours.

What is a Loan Estimate?

It's a standardized 3-page document every lender is required to give you within 3 business days of your application. It breaks down your loan terms, projected payments, and closing costs.

What if I already locked my rate?

You can still get a second opinion. Even after locking, it helps to understand whether your terms are competitive — and in some cases, you may be able to renegotiate or switch lenders before closing.

How long until I hear back?

I personally review every submission within 24 hours. You'll hear from me directly — not a bot, not an assistant.
