What to Have Handy
You don't need all of this to start — the application saves as you go. But having it nearby makes the 15 minutes go faster.

Photo ID and Social Security number
A driver's license or passport for every borrower on the loan.

Two years of address and employment history
Where you've lived and worked, including dates. Gaps are fine — just note them.

Recent income documents
Last 30 days of pay stubs and two years of W-2s. Self-employed? Tax returns, or a P&L if we're going that route.

Two months of asset statements
Checking, savings, retirement — whatever you're using for the down payment and reserves.

Property details, if you have them
Address and contract if you're already in escrow. If you're still shopping, skip it.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- Your information is encrypted. The application runs on United American Mortgage's secure portal — the same system that handles the loan once it's underway.
- Applying doesn't lock you into anything. It gives me what I need to shop your file across 150+ lenders and come back with real numbers.
- I review every application personally. You'll hear from me directly, not a call center.
